Pearl Theme is following default Magento functionality. We don't have a setting for changing list/grid view in the theme, as you can already achieve this from magento catalog settings:
Go to Store > Configuration > Catalog > Catalog > Storefront > List mode and choose the way you want to display your products in the catalog:
- Grid (default) / List
- List (default) / Grid
- Grid only
- List only
