Because of security purpose Magento by default disable the admin login share session 

Admin > Stores > Configuration > Advance > Admin > Security

  •  change value of Admin Account Sharing to Yes

 

Also from this section you can define the admin session lifetime, default lifetime is set to 15 min for security reasons. 

 Admin > Stores > Configuration > Advance > Admin > Security

  • Admin session lifetime (seconds): specify number of seconds until the current admin session expires and you need to login again.
